A. Financial Assistance

The financial support provided under the scholarship program is comprehensive and designed to eliminate the economic barriers faced by girls in accessing higher education.
Key aspects include:
Partial scholarship to full scholarship in accordance to college fees and selected courses : The scholarship covers the cost of tuition, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the educational aspirations of underprivileged girls.
Provision of Educational Materials: Along with tuition fees, the program provides necessary academic materials, including textbooks, stationery, and other learning resources essential for higher education.
Support for Uniforms and Essentials: Recognizing the additional costs associated with attending college, the scholarship also covers expenses for uniforms and other essential supplies, ensuring students are well-prepared for their educational journey.

B. Training and Development Initiatives

To supplement the financial assistance, the program focuses on holistic development through training initiatives that equip scholars with the skills and confidence needed for personal and professional growth:
1) Leadership Development Training:
- Annually, 30 selected girls participate in leadership and captainship training programs.
- The training empowers them with decision-making abilities, communication skills, and confidence to lead within their academic and social environments.
- This initiative aims to nurture future female leaders who can inspire and advocate for change in their communities.
2) Life Skills Training :
- Annually, all 200 scholarship recipients undergo life skills training.
- These sessions cover topics such as problem-solving, time management, resilience building, and effective communication.
- The training equips students to navigate the challenges of higher education and prepare for professional environments.

C. Mentorship Programs

The scholarship program pairs each recipient with a mentor, providing ongoing support throughout their academic journey. Mentorship activities include:
1. Academic and Emotional Support:
- Mentors offer personalized guidance to help scholars excel academically, ensuring they remain motivated and focused on their studies.
- Emotional support is a critical component, helping students navigate challenges like homesickness, stress, or cultural adjustments.
2. Career Guidance and Counseling:
- Scholars receive career counseling to identify potential career paths aligned with their interests and skills.
- Mentors guide students on pursuing internships, job opportunities, and further academic endeavors, fostering their long-term career growth.
